WINTER SCHEDULE – 

Walk-ins are welcome, however it is preferred that you RSVP on the MINDBODY app in case of any schedule changes. Although we do our best to post notifications for any Pop-Up classes or schedule changes on Facebook and Instagram, these platforms only show our posts to a small percentage of newsfeeds, so you may miss a notification of a cancelled class if you hadn’t already RSVP’d to in on MINDBODY. For example, if a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, an instant notifications will be sent to those who RSVP on the MINDBODY app to let them know of the cancellation.

Please understand that classes that typically sell out and early morning classes will  Require Pre-registration on MINDBODY to reserve your spot.

Yoga 101: This 5 week series is designed for those brand new to yoga. We will go over yoga principals, breathing techniques, basic poses, and yoga sequences to help you feel comfortable as you step onto your mat for the first time. Because each class builds on the week prior, this class is set up as a 5 week series. Handouts provided. Length: 45 minutes / Cost: $50 for the series / Experience: None

Yoga Fundamentals: This class is designed for beginner & intermediate level students. In this class, students will be heavily guided through asanas in a gentle Vinyasa style with a featured pose each week to break down. Props are encouraged to help achieve each pose comfortably. Length: 30 minutes / Cost: $5 per session / Experience: Minimal

Yoga Flow 1: This class is designed for beginner & intermediate level students. In this class, students will be moderately guided through asanas in a Vinyasa style, using strength, energy and flexibility. Length: 60 minutes / Cost: $10 per session / Experience: Minimal

Yoga Flow 2: This class is designed for intermediate & advanced level students wanting to take a more fitness-based approach to their practice including more advanced asanas than Yoga 1. Length: 60 minutes / Cost: $10 per session / Experience: Moderate

Yoga Kids: A basic yoga class designed for children. We will practice breathing techniques to calm, energize and balance our bodies, learn basic poses, practice a simple flowing sequence, and end with a fun yoga game. Physical Intensity: Low / Length: 45 minutes / Cost: $10 per session / Experience: None

Open Studio: An unguided class to support your personal yoga practice. Come for any portion of the time to practice on your own. This is your opportunity to work individually or in collaboration with other students and teachers. During this time, you will be among other students and teachers who are learning, refining, creating, and innovating on what they already know. The creativity of this environment can begin to stimulate your own curiosity and individuality, as you discover how your unique body wants to move. Feel free to bring props to support your practice. Computers and notebooks are also welcomed to be able note your movement practice and feelings. Light music will be playing at the studio, but we encourage the use of ear buds if you are using a recorded class or guided meditation during this time.

Barre Fundamentals: Barre Fundamentals classes introduce Barre movements in a slower pace to allow for proper form and alignment in postures for those new to Barre style fitness or those who just want a quick workout.

Barre Fusion: Barre classes combine movements inspired by ballet, yoga, and Pilates, to sculpt and tone the body in a fitness style approach.
Physical Intensity: Moderate / Length: 60 minutes / Cost: $10 per session / Experience: Minimal

Barre HIIT: A more advanced Barre class designed to burn calories and build strong bodies. Routine is set to a faster pace with more reps than our Barre Fusion class.
Physical Intensity: High / Length: 60 minutes / Cost: $10 per session / Experience: Moderate

Barre Pulse: A more advanced Barre class designed to burn calories and build strong bodies. Similar to Barre Strong, but routine is choreographed and contains more cardio bursts.
Physical Intensity: High / Length: 60 minutes / Cost: $10 per session / Experience: Advanced

Barre Flow: Barre Flow classes combine our Barre and Yoga Flow classes, to sculpt, tone, and bring zen to your body.
