The Megaformer is a state-of-the-art fitness machine that offers a full-body workout by combining strength, endurance, cardio, balance, and flexibility training in one session. It’s based on the Lagree Fitness method and provides low-impact but high-intensity workouts.
Yes! We at Bend offer basics classes specifically designed for beginners. Our certified trainers will guide you through the fundamentals and help you build confidence and proper form before moving to advanced sessions.

Bend Basics: 50 minutes

Duet/Trio Sessions: 50 minutes
During a Megaformer session, you can burn between 300 and 400 calories depending on the intensity of your workout. Thanks to the high-intensity nature of the exercises, your body continues to burn calories for hours even after the session ends.
Not at all! Lagree is suitable for all fitness levels. Our trainers will help you adjust exercises according to your ability, whether you're just starting or looking to take your fitness to the next level.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and grippy socks. We recommend bringing a water bottle and towel. Grippy socks are mandatory for safety and hygiene purposes and can be purchased at the studio.
Lagree is low-impact, which makes it joint-friendly. However, we recommend consulting your doctor first. Please inform your trainer about any injuries or conditions before class so they can provide modifications.
